The Fitness Court sells sports nutrition from a physical store in Lalitpur. You can walk in, pick something up, and ask questions — or message the same people on WhatsApp and have the order brought to you. Free delivery inside Kathmandu Valley on orders over NPR 5,000
What we're for.
Supplement shops have an obvious incentive problem: the expensive tub earns more than the honest recommendation. We would rather make a smaller sale you keep coming back for than a large one you regret.
That means we'll tell you when you don't need something. If the answer is "eat more and sleep more", that's the answer. If the answer is a tub of creatine monohydrate for NPR 900, we'll say that too.
We stock 32 products across 12 categories and 13 brands. Not because we need the range, but because people arrive with different goals, different budgets, and different opinions about what they can tolerate.
Every product that leaves the shop has been checked for seal integrity, batch number and expiry date. If a pack looks wrong, it doesn't get sold — and if you buy from us and something looks off, message us and we'll sort it out.
