Protein Powder in Nepal

Protein supplements exist for one reason: making it easier to hit a daily protein target that food alone struggles to deliver. This page brings together every protein format we stock — whey concentrate, whey isolate, blends, casein and mass gainers — so you can compare them side by side before you order.

Before you buy

What actually matters.

Concentrate, isolate or blend?

Concentrate is usually the most affordable per serving. Isolate is filtered further for a lighter texture and less lactose. Blends sit between the two.

Protein per serving, not per tub

A large tub is not automatically better value. Compare the declared protein grams per serving, then multiply by the number of servings in the tub.

Flavour and lactose tolerance

If dairy protein has never agreed with you, start with an isolate or a plant-based option and move up a serving size at a time.

Quick checklist

Before you tap order.

  • Read the protein content per 100 g, not just the marketing on the front of the tub.
  • Check the declared amino acid profile and the source of the protein (milk, cross-flow microfiltration, etc.).
  • Compare cost per 25 g of protein rather than cost per tub.
  • Buy the size you can finish within roughly six months of opening — powder does not last forever once exposed to air.

How much protein do I actually need?

Most people training regularly land between 1.6 g and 2.2 g of protein per kilogram of bodyweight per day. Beginners often get the same result from food alone; a supplement simply makes the target easier to reach. See our guide on how much protein you need.

Is a bigger tub always better value?

No. The useful number is the cost per 25 g of protein. A larger tub sometimes has a better price per serving, but only if you will finish it before it ages.

Can I order protein powder for delivery in Nepal?

Yes — message us on WhatsApp with the product and size you want and we will confirm availability, current pricing and delivery options for your district.
