What it is.
BCAA products concentrate the three branched-chain amino acids and skip the rest. Given that a complete protein powder already contains them, this is a case where buying a cheaper protein shake is usually the better decision. It stays on the shelf because plenty of people prefer sipping something light during training rather than a full shake.
