How much caffeine is in a serving?

200 mg across two capsules — roughly two cups of brewed coffee. If you have a coffee before training, take that into account.

Will this make me lose weight without changing anything else?

No supplement does that on its own. A calorie deficit and consistent training do the work; a thermogenic product at most makes a session feel easier.
