What it is.

A mass gainer in the traditional sense: a large serving of powder that adds roughly 1,100 calories, of which about 60 g comes from protein. The rest is carbohydrate. If eating enough food is the part of muscle gain that stalls you, this solves that specific problem for one meal a day. If you can already eat enough, it is an expensive way to do nothing.

A 3.6 kg mass gainer with 1,100 calories and 60 g of protein per large serving.

Key features

  • About 1,100 calories per large serving
  • 60 g of protein per serving
  • Blend of maltodextrin and other fast and slow carbohydrates
  • 3.6 kg tub — the largest format we stock

Who it's for

  • Hard gainers who struggle to eat enough calories
  • Adding total daily calories around training
  • People who cannot finish a large solid meal

How to use it

  1. 01 Mix one large serving with 350–400 ml of water or milk.
  2. 02 Most people use it post-training or as an additional drink between meals.
  3. 03 Start with half a serving to check how you respond, and adjust from there.
  4. 04 If the sweetness is too much, blend it with oats, banana and more milk.

Ask on WhatsApp

How many calories should I add per day?

There is no universal number. Start with one serving, then watch your bodyweight weekly. If your weight climbs steadily without your waist changing much, that is roughly right. If your waist is growing as fast as your weight, reduce the serving.

Is a mass gainer just sugar?

Not entirely — this one provides 60 g of protein per serving. But most of the calories do come from carbohydrate, so it is best thought of as a protein shake with a large carbohydrate load attached.

Can I use this on a cut?

Not as a rule. During a calorie deficit you are trying to control total intake, and a 1,100-calorie shake works against that. If you like the taste, use a protein shake instead and control the calories.
