How to use it

01 Add one 30 g scoop to 200–250 ml of cold water or milk.
02 Shake or blend for 10–15 seconds until smooth.

Can I mix this with water instead of milk?

Yes. Water gives you a thinner, lighter mix and lets you taste the flavour more directly. Milk adds roughly 120–150 extra calories per serving, which matters if you are tracking calories during a cut.

Is this suitable if I am lactose intolerant?

Whey concentrate contains a meaningful amount of lactose. If lactose has always caused discomfort, an isolate such as our Iso100 product is usually a better starting point — or try half a serving and increase gradually.

What is the best time to take whey protein?
