What it is.

Creatine monohydrate is the form used in almost all of the published research on creatine, and it remains the cheapest per working serving of any supplement on this site. Micronized means the powder is ground finer, which helps it disperse in water instead of settling at the bottom of the glass. There is nothing else in the tub — no flavouring, no additives.

Unflavoured, micronized creatine monohydrate — 100 servings of 3 g per 300 g tub.

Key features

  • Pure creatine monohydrate, nothing added
  • Micronized for easier dispersion in cold water
  • Unflavoured — mixes into water or juice
  • 300 g = 100 servings at 3 g
  • The most cost-effective strength supplement per serving

Who it's for

  • Strength and power training
  • Adding volume to heavy compound lifts
  • Repeated-effort training

How to use it

  1. 01 Take 3–5 g daily, every day, including rest days.
  2. 02 Loading is optional: 20 g per day split into four doses for 5–7 days fills muscle stores faster, but the end point is the same.
  3. 03 Mix into water, juice or your protein shake. Timing is far less important than consistency.
  4. 04 Drink normal amounts of water through the day.

Ask on WhatsApp

Do I need to load creatine?

No. Loading (about 20 g/day for 5–7 days) saturates muscle stores in about a week instead of the three to four weeks that 3–5 g daily takes. Skipping it costs you time, not results.

Why did I gain weight in the first two weeks?

Creatine draws water into muscle tissue. A 1–2 kg increase in bodyweight in the first fortnight is normal and is not fat. The scale may also look different — that is expected.

Is creatine safe to take long term?

Long-term research in healthy adults has not shown a consistent safety problem at standard doses. If you have a kidney condition or are under medical care, check with your doctor first.

Is flavoured creatine better?

No. Flavours and added ingredients raise the price without changing the active dose. Plain monohydrate is the most reliable buy.
